Delete Your Account

You can have your Pickle Spots account permanently deleted at any time. Deleting your account removes your login and all of your personal data as described below. This cannot be undone.

Email support@picklespots.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Pickle Spots account”. We will verify the request, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

• Your login (email address and password) • Your profile: name, phone number, DUPR ID, ratings and photo • Your check-ins, planned visits and play history • Your teammates, teammate requests and contact shares • Messages you sent and received, and your notifications • Reports you sent about courts • Settings stored on your device (removed when you uninstall the app)

Court information comes from OpenStreetMap and isn’t tied to your account, so it stays. Nothing that identifies you is kept, except where we are required to by law.

Once your account is deleted it is removed from our live systems straight away. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.
